A First Chair's focuses is to help spark gratitude. The gratitude people feel for witnessing what performers are excellent at during an event. The gratitude creative people feel when they sense an increased level of order in doing their work, and that they are advance the standard for their abilities.

Being a First Chair is a Sales role. However it a role that focuses on sparking connection between performers, venue owners and professional service provides who are looking for a way to showcase what they are excellent at and to connect to customers who might appreciate what they are excellent at.

The number we focus on at bookAVE is the number of people who are grateful that bookAVE helped them to expand their opportunities and to bring an increased sense of order to planning their work so they have more energy and time to be creative.

To learn our plan lists and how to use them. They are designed to help inspire people to focus on what sparks excellence and what to move away from that is not essential. Our intention is to help performers, venues, services and suppliers remove disconnect and frustration from their work by stopping to catch their breath, next plan what is essential to create experiences that spark gratitude.

Spark awareness for interesting people, places and things in their community by writing brief insight stores about performers, venues and professional services, to share what they are focused on being excellent at without words of judgment or comparing. No comparison, just the essentials about what they are excellent at.
As a First Chair you
- Are a part of the community and interested in helping everyone feel they have more creative energy and time to expand or refine what they are excellent at, help clarify where they fit in, so they can delight their respective audience or customers.
- Will write brief stories about performers, venues and events in their community describing what they are excellent at without ranking or comparison.
- Enjoy listening to what is going on in our community to help identify where people feel disconnection, confusion, frustration or redoing work in the process of planning and organizing an event.
- Connect with venues and performers to help inspire more people to be interested in seeing live music in the small venues in their local community, that often are over looked or vaguely promoted.
- Contribute ideas to our insights section of our site to help refine and expand our reference information for planning and organizing gigs, recording sessions, and sharing stories about interesting trends, teaching methods, challenges, performers and venues.
